At Waterlines, our only focus is on scuba diving. We believe that concentrating our efforts and resources on the area we like the most and know the best is the ultimate way to provide our customers with world-class diving. As we enjoy being exposed to different cultures and attending exceptional excursions when we travel for diving, we also offer you the opportunity to discover outstanding cultural and natural wonders.
  • Years of diving and traveling around the world have helped us set the highest quality standards. Our history includes some of the most renown sites like Tulamben in Bali, the Blue Hole in Belize, and Manta Reef in Mozambique to name a few, and a wide range of experiences such as ice, cave, night, wreck, drift and muck diving, both in lakes and oceans
  • We only promote locations we have dived and which match or exceed our standards
  • We only promote exclusive excursions that are unique or available in only few places around the world
  • We only partner with dive operators and hotels we have visited and inspected (including boats, restrooms and kitchens), and therefore know exactly what they offer
  • Quality of diving and excursions being Waterlines’ priority, some hotels we partner with offer basic comfort. This allows travelers who are on budget to discover the greatest dive sites, and in some remote locations, there are simply no accommodation other than low-end hotels. However, we expect all resorts, including basic, low budget lodges, to be clean with friendly employees
  • We perform regular quality reviews through thorough inspections performed by “mystery customers” and ask all our customers to kindly fill in customer satisfaction questionnaires to ensure our partners meet or exceed quality standards we have set
