From the evaluation of the best dive destinations to the selection of reliable, customer-oriented partners, our goal is to provide unparalleled service. Whether it is during the preparation process of your vacation or throughout your trip, our objective is to answer your questions and address potential concerns timely, accurately, and completely. We apply a “No Last Minute Bad Surprise” policy.
  • We commit to get back to you within 48 hours after you first contacted us by email
  • We assist you in identifying the best destination based upon your personal/family profile, level of experience, and dive history
  • We tailor your travel according to your preferences. Our packages are for information and can be customized to satisfy your requests
  • We are passionate divers, and we have families, so we understand the issue of going for a dive vacation with companions who do/can not dive or with kids. This is why we clearly indicate whether a certain location seems appropriate for kids and families, how non divers can also have a great vacation, and how children can be taken care of. We want divers to be fully stress-free while enjoying their day!
  • We never oversell our services and dive trips:

- if we insist on the abundance of some species in a location, it is very unlikely not to spot these in this location
- if we mention that some species are occasionally seen in a location, you have fairly good chances to see them
- if  whale sharks or dugongs, for example, are allegedly seen in a location once or twice a year, we do not even mention it as we consider this would be deceiving to imply you could spot them
- if we describe a breathtaking view from your bungalow, you can enjoy the scenery from your room/balcony, not from a small window in the bathroom
 
  • With Waterlines, you know what you should expect, and the only exceptions might happen in case of force majeure (extreme weather conditions, pollution, political crisis etc.)
  • In line with our No Last Minute Bad Surprise policy, we tell you ahead and in details all costs that are not included in our quotations, so you are aware of unpleasant additional expenses, know exactly what to expect, and can budget your vacation accordingly
  • We do not guarantee that we will be able to satisfy all special requests (translators, meals, nitrox, trimix etc.), but we can certainly guarantee that we, together with our partners, will try everything to accommodate them
